Ohev CARE exists to embody the love of Messiah through prayer and hospitality - meeting needs within our congregation and beyond. Through practical comfort, connection and community, Ohev CARE fosters a culture of mutual responsibility, shared service and a tangible witness of God’s Heart for his children.
Prayer Requests
For prayer requests, please submit those to your Chavurah Leader and Chavurah prayer thread. If you are not a part of a Chavurah (small group), you can use the form below.
Comfort
Practical support may include one of the following: Meal Train, Ground Transportation, Grocery Drop-off or Logistical Help
Connection
Encouraging connection and spiritual support may include: Check-In or Progress Calls, Encouragement Calls, Special Prayer or Connect with a Mentor.
Community
It is important to a be a light to those outside of our immediate community. Those efforts can include a food drive, coat or school supply drive, connecting with community events and much more. It is also important that we remain in fellowship and surrounded by our home community, including participating in Coffee Connect and Kiddish on select Saturdays, Shabbat Study and Shabbat Morning Service, Chavurah Participation and more.
